Saturday evening at 1827 units responded to the 1000 block of Tome Highway for a report of a house on fire. Deputy Chief 72 (Miller) arrived to find an extinguished fire on the rear exterior of the single family home. Rescue Engine 72 arrived next, the crew deployed a hose line to the rear and checked for extension to the interior. The fire was confirmed out and no extension was found. Units cleared within 30 minutes.
